以秦皇岛高校武术段位制的开展情况作为研究对象，运用文献资料法、问卷调查法、专家访谈法及经验法进行调研，针对学生对武术认识较为肤浅、欠缺合适的考评体系、师资力量严重匮乏等教学中存在的问题，提出了高校武术段位制的发展对策，包括：考评权利下放，增设考评机构，利用学校武术社团宣传段位制，培养段位制师资力量，进段考评与学分制相结合，争取管理层的支持等。

Taking the developing condition of Wushu rank system in Qinhuangdao colleges and universities as the research object, using literature, questionnaire survey, interviewing experts and empirical methods, in view of the problems existing in Wushu teaching, such as students' superficial understanding of Wushu, the lack of appropriate evaluation system, severe shortage of teachers and so on, proposed the strategies for developing Wushu rank system in colleges and universities, including evaluation power decentralization, adding evaluation agencies, propagating Wushu rank system by school communities, training teachers for rank system, combining rank appraisal with credit system, and seeking for support from executive level.
