1987年曲格平同志为中国环境管理干部学院（以下简称学院）提出“团结、严谨、求实、创新”的院训，其中团结是前提，严谨是基础，求实是关键，创新是灵魂。20多年来，全院师生员工践行院训精神，加强团结，严谨治学，求实进取，开拓创新，促进了学院的建设与发展，培养了大批人才，积累了丰硕的教学科研成果。
1987年麯格平同誌為中國環境管理榦部學院（以下簡稱學院）提齣“糰結、嚴謹、求實、創新”的院訓，其中糰結是前提，嚴謹是基礎，求實是關鍵，創新是靈魂。20多年來，全院師生員工踐行院訓精神，加彊糰結，嚴謹治學，求實進取，開拓創新，促進瞭學院的建設與髮展，培養瞭大批人纔，積纍瞭豐碩的教學科研成果。
1987년곡격평동지위중국배경관리간부학원（이하간칭학원）제출“단결、엄근、구실、창신”적원훈，기중단결시전제，엄근시기출，구실시관건，창신시령혼。20다년래，전원사생원공천행원훈정신，가강단결，엄근치학，구실진취，개탁창신，촉진료학원적건설여발전，배양료대비인재，적루료봉석적교학과연성과。
In 1987 Comrade Qu Geping proposed the college motto for Environmental Manage-ment College of China ( hereinafter referred to as college) : solidarity, rigour, practicality and innovation. Solidarity is the precondition, rigour is the foundation, practicality is the key, and innovation is the soul. Over the 20 years, the teaching staff and students fulfilled the spirit of the college motto, strengthened solidarity, were rigorous with knowledge, practical, enterprising, pioneering and innovative, promoted the construction and development of the college, cultivated a large number of talents, accumulated rich teaching and research fruit.
