目前,我国大学英语教学的重心正由EGP向ESP发展,即从一般用途英语转向专门用途英语转变,ESP课程逐渐成为21世纪高校英语教学的主流。在ESP理论指导下高校英语教师结合自身特点,教学与科研相辅相成,不断提升自我。

Nowadays, the focus of China's College English teaching is developing from EGP to ESP, and the course of ESP has gradually become the mainstream of the 21st Century College English Teaching. Under the theory of ESP combined with teaching practice, College English teachers could achieve the complement of both teaching and scientific research and continue to improve themselves.
