试验以直接利用电解铝液生产的1235铝合金双零铝箔铸轧坯料，经一道次冷轧后的3.6mm厚的冷轧板为对象，利用金相显微镜（OM）、扫描电镜（SEM）和透射电镜（TEM）并辅以能谱仪（EDS），系统分析了冷轧板退火前后的显微组织、第二相形态、化学组成等情况。结果显示：冷轧板退火前的轧面组织多为细小的等轴晶，纵截面呈纤维状结构，且纤维组织的形态沿中心呈近似对称分布；合金中针片状的二元相为Al-Fe相，明亮的圆盘状和细小弥散的第二相为轧制过程中被破碎的α-AlFeSi相，棒状相则为三元的β-AlFeSi相。退火后的组织为完全再结晶组织，第二相尺寸和数量在退火前后有一定程度的变化。

The paper studied the changes of the microstructure,second phase morphology and chemical composition before and after annealing with 3.6mm thick one-pass cold-rol ed plate,using OM,SEM,TEM and EDS.The plate was produced from casting-rol ing bil et for 1235 double zero foil.The results from the trial showed that before annealing:fine equiaxed grains in the plate surface microstructure,fiber structure in longitudinal section and in a symmetrical distribution;in the al oy,binary phase composed by Al-Fe,α-AlFeSi phase acting as precipitation phases,the rod-like phase acting as ternaryβ-AlFeSi phase;after annealing:microstructure into recrystal ization,some degree of changes in size and quantity of precipitation phases.
