在城市建筑一体化设计理念的影响下，城市综合体的公共空间除了是综合体的核心空间，也是城市公共空间系统的一部分，承担着激发综合体及周边空间活力，引导它们持续开发的职能。通过对城市综合体的典型代表之一北京侨福芳草地公共空间设计的研究，试图从“城市触媒”的角度出发，探索出城市综合体公共空间设计的新策略。
在城市建築一體化設計理唸的影響下，城市綜閤體的公共空間除瞭是綜閤體的覈心空間，也是城市公共空間繫統的一部分，承擔著激髮綜閤體及週邊空間活力，引導它們持續開髮的職能。通過對城市綜閤體的典型代錶之一北京僑福芳草地公共空間設計的研究，試圖從“城市觸媒”的角度齣髮，探索齣城市綜閤體公共空間設計的新策略。

Under the influence of integration design philosophy for urban architecture, the public space of urban complex, which is not only the core space of the complex but also a part of urban public space , assumes the responsibilities of stimulating vitality of the complex and around space as well as guiding them to be developed continually. Through the study of Parkview Green, the new strategies for the design of the public space of urban complex based on urban catalyst are explored from the view of “ urban catalyst”.
