石墨烯以其独特的二维结构具有的性质,吸引着世界科学家的高度关注。毫无疑问,石墨烯以及功能化石墨烯的潜在应用必然会被不断挖掘;即使是极少一部分性质被应用,也将导致其在环境中数量的急剧增长。本文介绍了石墨烯的化学性质、表征方法和应用前景;重点阐述了近几年关于石墨烯及其衍生物进入小鼠体内在各脏器中的分布和相应毒性效应的研究进展,阐明其进入环境后对环境生物可能引起的危害,为评价其生态和健康风险提供了基础信息。本文最后对石墨烯相关材料在医药应用研究需要关注的问题和未来研究方向进行了展望。

Graphene,first isolated in 2004,has attracted the attention of scientists all over the world due to its exceptionally high crystal and electronic quality.Undoubtedly,the application potential of graphene and functionalized graphene is bound to be continuously explored.If even a small fraction of its potential applications are realized,it will inevitably enter the environment system in increasing amounts.This article briefly describes the chemical properties,characterization methods and potential application of graphene.The main goal of this article is to review the recent studies on the biodistribution and toxicity of graphene and functionalized graphene in rats.And the potential risks of graphene and functionalized graphene to environmental organisms are also introduced.This article provides basic information about the ecological and healthy risks of graphene and functionalized graphene.We here also recommend the future research directions on the medical application of graphene.
