目的：观察野黄芩苷对人舌鳞癌Tca8113细胞Bcl-2、Bax表达的影响。方法：分别用80、120、160μg／ml的野黄芩苷培养液处理体外培养的Tca8113细胞48 h后，采用免疫细胞化学法、RT-PCR技术观察野黄芩苷对Tca8113细胞Bcl-2、Bax表达的影响。结果：免疫细胞化学染色结果：随着野黄芩苷浓度的增高，Tca8113细胞中Bcl-2的阳性信号减弱，Bax的阳性信号增强（P＜0．05）。RT-PCR检测结果：随野黄芩苷浓度的不断增高，Bcl-2 mRNA表达水平逐渐降低，Bax mRNA表达水平逐渐增高（P＜0．05）。结论：野黄芩苷可以下调Tca8113细胞Bcl-2表达，上调Bax的表达，达到抗肿瘤的作用。
목적：관찰야황금감대인설린암Tca8113세포Bcl-2、Bax표체적영향。방법：분별용80、120、160μg／ml적야황금감배양액처리체외배양적Tca8113세포48 h후，채용면역세포화학법、RT-PCR기술관찰야황금감대Tca8113세포Bcl-2、Bax표체적영향。결과：면역세포화학염색결과：수착야황금감농도적증고，Tca8113세포중Bcl-2적양성신호감약，Bax적양성신호증강（P＜0．05）。RT-PCR검측결과：수야황금감농도적불단증고，Bcl-2 mRNA표체수평축점강저，Bax mRNA표체수평축점증고（P＜0．05）。결론：야황금감가이하조Tca8113세포Bcl-2표체，상조Bax적표체，체도항종류적작용。
Objective:To investigate the effects of scutellarin on Bcl-2 and Bax expression in human tongue squamous carcinoma Tca-8113 cell.Methods:Tca8113 cells were treated with 80,120 and 160μg/ml scutellarin for 48 h respectively.Immunocytochem-istry method and RT-PCR were applied to observe the expression of Bcl-2 and Bax protein and mRNA in the cells.Results:With the increase of scutellarin concentration,Bcl-2 protein and mRNA decreased(P<0.05),Bax protein and mRNA increased(P<0.05). Conclusion:Scutellarin may downregulate Bcl-2 expression and upregulate Bax expression in Tca-8113 cells.
