对宁杭客运专线连续箱梁桥8孔预应力筋的管道摩阻进行试验,其中2孔直线束,采用规范公式求出孔道偏差系数为0.0021,6孔曲线束采用最小二乘法进行求解,得出孔道偏差系数为0.002,摩擦系数为0.26。实测值与设计值吻合较好,表明孔道成孔良好,符合设计要求。预应力筋实测伸长值与理论值相对误差在±6%以内,满足预应力筋张拉的“双控”要求。采用规范公式和简化公式对实测伸长值的计算表明,简化公式可以满足工程应用要求,实际施工可按两阶段进行张拉,简化施工程序,提高施工效率,具有较高的社会经济效益。

The friction between tendons and duct in continuous box-girder bridge for Nanjing-Hangzhou passenger dedicated line was tested .Only using the code formula ,Duct deviation coefficient equals 0 .0021 from two straight-tendons'test .Least-square method was adopted to solve the friction coeffi-cient betw een tendons and duct w hich equals 0 .26 and duct deviation coefficient w hich equals 0 .002 from six curve-tendons'experiment .The test value is close to the design value ,which shows that the duct was formed favorable for the design requirements .The relative error between test and theoretical elongation value of tendons is within ± 6% ,which meets the double-control demand .The elongation value calculated by using the code formula and simplified formula show s that the simplified formula is satisfied with engineering application requirements .The actual construction can accord two-phase ten-don-tension w hich simplify the construction procedure ,improve the construction efficiency ,and take on high social and economic benefits .
