针对炸药卷纸筒蜡温控制存在的问题,设计了一种基于单片机和传感技术的蜡温自动控制系统,实现了蜡液温度采集电路、蒸汽阀门控制电路、保温泵驱动控制电路、温度设置电路、温度显示电路的设计,并分析了安装过程中的问题。经过实践操作,在提高劳动生产率、提高产品质量、降低劳动强度等方面具有积极意义,具有较好的经济效益和社会效益。
針對炸藥捲紙筒蠟溫控製存在的問題,設計瞭一種基于單片機和傳感技術的蠟溫自動控製繫統,實現瞭蠟液溫度採集電路、蒸汽閥門控製電路、保溫泵驅動控製電路、溫度設置電路、溫度顯示電路的設計,併分析瞭安裝過程中的問題。經過實踐操作,在提高勞動生產率、提高產品質量、降低勞動彊度等方麵具有積極意義,具有較好的經濟效益和社會效益。

With respect to the problems with wax temperature control of explosive chart drum,this paper designs a structure for the wax temperature automatic control system based on based on the single ship and sensor technology to realize the design of the wax liquid temperature acquisition circuit, steam valve control circuit, heat pump drive control circuit, temperature setting circuit and temperature indication circuit.Furthermore,it analyzes the points to which attention should be paid in the installation process.As shown in actual operation,this system has positive significance in improving labor productivity and product quality and reducing labor intensity,and can bring good economic and social benefits.
