Abstrast Methods of microwave characteristc evaluation on stealthy materials were summarized. Electromanetic patameters, reflectivity, radar cross section (RCS) were introduced respectly. It was mainly introduced methods of the probe method, resonant cavity method, transmission and reflection method and free space method. The basic principles of the methods, the advantages and disadvantages of various methods, and the current problems existing in the research were discussed.
