设计了一种基于ZigBee无线技术`的开关柜发热点温度在线监测终端。无线测温终端由CPU模块、无线收发模块、温度采集模块以及电源模块组成。硬件设计上选择耐高温、可工作于低功耗模式下的元器件。软件设计上尽可能减少器件运行于工作模式时间和数据的发送频率,从而降低测温终端的功耗。测试及现场运行结果表明,具有安装方便、抗干扰性强、低功耗、可靠性高等优点,为开关柜内发热点温度的监测提供了便利。
設計瞭一種基于ZigBee無線技術`的開關櫃髮熱點溫度在線鑑測終耑。無線測溫終耑由CPU模塊、無線收髮模塊、溫度採集模塊以及電源模塊組成。硬件設計上選擇耐高溫、可工作于低功耗模式下的元器件。軟件設計上儘可能減少器件運行于工作模式時間和數據的髮送頻率,從而降低測溫終耑的功耗。測試及現場運行結果錶明,具有安裝方便、抗榦擾性彊、低功耗、可靠性高等優點,為開關櫃內髮熱點溫度的鑑測提供瞭便利。

A Zigbee wireless technology-based on-line monitoring terminal is designed for the temperature of the heating spot of the switch cabinet.It is composed of CPU module,wireless transceiver module,temperature acquisition module and power module.Components with high temperature resistance which can work in low power consumption mode are used in hardware design.Software is so designed that the duration of the device's running in the operation mode and data sending frequency is reduced as much as possible,so as to reduce the power consumption of the temperature-measuring terminal.The results of the test and field operation show that the designed wireless temperature-measuring terminal has the advantages of easy installation, strong anti-interference ability, low power consumption as well as high reliability,thus providing conveniences for the temperature monitoring of the heating spot within the switch cabinet.
