建立ICP-AES法测定装甲材料中铌含量的的方法。采用盐酸-硝酸-氢氟酸微波消解样品,检测器为CID固态检测器,检测波长为309.417 nm。在选定的测定条件下,标准工作曲线线性范围为0.005%~1.0%,线性相关系数为0.9997,检出限为0.00068%,测定结果的相对标准偏差不大于3%(n=10),加标回收率为96.0%~98.7%。该方法操作简单,测定结果准确可靠,可用于装甲材料中铌含量的测定。

A method was developed for the determination of niobium content in armor materials by ICP-AES. Sample was digested with hydrochloric acid-nitric acid-hydrofluoric acid by microwave,the detector was CID solid-state detector with the detection wavelength of 309.417 nm. Under the selected conditions of determination, the linear range of curve was 0.005%-1.0%, the linear correlation coefficient was 0.999 7. The detection limit was 0.000 68%. The relative standard deviation of determination results was not more than 3%(n=10), and the standard addition recovery rate was 96.0%-98.7%. The method is simple in operati on and measurement results are accurate and reliable. It can be used for the determination of niobium content in the armor materials.
