采用高频感应燃烧红外吸收法测定碳化硅中硫含量,分别考察了取样量,助熔剂种类、用量对测定结果的影响。结果显示:取样量为90~140 mg,铁屑用量为0.8 g,钨锡助熔剂用量为1.6 g,可以得到稳定可靠的测定结果。测定结果的相对标准偏差为3.4%(n=10),加标回收率为94.8%~106.1%。
採用高頻感應燃燒紅外吸收法測定碳化硅中硫含量,分彆攷察瞭取樣量,助鎔劑種類、用量對測定結果的影響。結果顯示:取樣量為90~140 mg,鐵屑用量為0.8 g,鎢錫助鎔劑用量為1.6 g,可以得到穩定可靠的測定結果。測定結果的相對標準偏差為3.4%(n=10),加標迴收率為94.8%~106.1%。

Sulfur content in SiC was determined by high frequency induction combustion infrared absorption method. The influence of sampling amount, flux type and flux amount on the measurement results were investigated. The results indicated that the most stable and reliable test results appeared when the sampling amount was 90-140 mg, the amount of scrap iron was 0.8 g, and the amount of tungsten and tin fluxing agents was 1.6 g, respectively. The resulting relative standard deviation was 3.4%(n=10) and the recovery rate was 94.8%-106.1%.
