对脱硫 CMES 多发性故障的产生原因进行了分析研究,探讨了负荷、煤种波动对 CEMS 故障率的影响,开展CEMS 故障时长对比分析。结果发现干法脱硫异常数据时长远低于湿法脱硫,无 GGH 脱硫 CEMS 故障率远高于有GGH,高负荷时段、燃用高灰分煤种也使得 CEMS 的故障率提高。

lt discusses the reasons of multiple faults of desulfurization CMES,analyzes the impact of load or coal fluctuations on the fault rate of CEMS and final y proposes comparison the CEMS fault time length. The results show that the time length of faults in dry process of desulfurizaation is much shorter than that in the wet process,the fault rate of desulfuration with GGH is much lower than that without GGH,measures including ap-plying high load and using high ash coal can also increase the fault rate of the CEMS.
