针对华能淮阴电厂敞开式循环水系统的结垢以及造成凝汽器真空下降、端差较高等问题进行了分析，采取了相应处理措施，使循环水系统的结垢问题得到了解决，同时提高了循环水的浓缩倍率，节约了大量发电用水，确保了机组的安全、经济运行。

The reasons which caused circulating water system scaling,and the loss of the condenser vacuum, high end bad problems in Huanen Huaiyin Power Plant are analyzed. Some corresponding treatment measures are put forward,which solve circulating water system scaling problem,improve the concentration ratio of circulat-ing water,saving a large amount of water,and ensure the safe and economic operation of the units.
