针对华能淮阴电厂敞开式循环水系统的结垢以及造成凝汽器真空下降、端差较高等问题进行了分析,采取了相应处理措施,使循环水系统的结垢问题得到了解决,同时提高了循环水的浓缩倍率,节约了大量发电用水,确保了机组的安全、经济运行。
針對華能淮陰電廠敞開式循環水繫統的結垢以及造成凝汽器真空下降、耑差較高等問題進行瞭分析,採取瞭相應處理措施,使循環水繫統的結垢問題得到瞭解決,同時提高瞭循環水的濃縮倍率,節約瞭大量髮電用水,確保瞭機組的安全、經濟運行。

The reasons which caused circulating water system scaling,and the loss of the condenser vacuum, high end bad problems in Huanen Huaiyin Power Plant are analyzed. Some corresponding treatment measures are put forward,which solve circulating water system scaling problem,improve the concentration ratio of circulat-ing water,saving a large amount of water,and ensure the safe and economic operation of the units.
