通过对乌鲁木齐市2012年区域能源消耗以及各类工业行业主要资源消耗统计分析，证实以原煤消耗为主的能源结构严重阻碍了乌鲁木齐市绿色经济跨越式发展。同时，基于投入产出分析理论，开展乌鲁木齐市主要工业行业污染物及 CO2排放核算研究，并对主要工业行业污染排放贡献进行排序划分，结果表明热力、电力的生产和供应业、黑色金属冶炼及压延加工业等为主要工业污染源，研究对乌鲁木齐的经济跨越式发展和区域能源环保规划提供了必要的决策支持并具有一定的指导意义。

According to the analysis of total energy consumption amount and the resource consumption of each industrial sector in Urumqi,it was confirmed that coal - dominated energy consumption structure has seriously hindered the great - leap - forward development of the green economy. Meanwhile,based on input - output a-nalysis theory,this study calculated the air pol utants and CO 2 emissions discharged from the major industrial sectors in Urumqi,and sorted each industry contributions on the emissions. The results demonstrated that the major industrial pol ution sources was heat,electricity production and supply industry,ferrous metals smelting and rol ing processing industry and so on. The study provides a necessary environmental decision support for regional energy and environmental protection planning of Urumqi.
