提出了一种基于迭代法的喷氨调节量计算方法并将之应用于一典型600MW 级燃煤锅炉选择性催化还原(SCR)脱硝改造工程的数值模拟。结果表明,迭代法调节喷氨量快速有效,可用于 SCR 系统不均匀喷氨方案的设计,分组调节的不均匀喷氨方案有效地降低了压降和系统复杂性。

The ammout of ammonia injection of AlG(Ammonia lnjection Grid)is one of the key points of SCR (Selective Catalytic Reduction)system design with nonuniform ammonia injection. ln order to reduce workload of confirming the value of ammonia injection flow rate of AlG,a caculated method of the ammount of ammonia injection based on iteration was proposed and applied in numerical simulation work of a typical pulverized coal boiler SCR denitrification reconstruction project. The results showed that iteration method was effective and ca-pable to be applied in SCR system nonuniform ammonia injection design. During 3 ~ 5 iterations,the velocity and ammonia distribution of 0. 5 m cross section above the first catalyzer layer bacame more and more homoge-neous and final y met the requirements of SCR system numerical simulation. Meanwhile,because of saving some internals like cylinders in SCR system by using nonuniform ammonia injection,system complexity and pressure drop can be reduced as wel .
