燃煤电厂一直以来都被认为是污染大户、大气污染的主要来源。介绍了某国产600MW 超临界燃煤机组的实际运行情况,结合目前科技所能达到的水平,进行合理、系统的分析,最终得出结论,通过对锅炉燃烧器进行低氮燃烧改造、SCR 催化剂增效改造,对脱硫系统吸收塔进行双托盘改造、取消 GGH,对电除尘系统进行低低温电除尘改造、增加湿式电除尘等一系列的环保设施的改造,可以使燃煤机组的烟气排放达到天燃气机组的水平,实现了燃煤机组的烟气超低排放。

Coal - fired power plants,have always been considered a heavy environment pol uter,also the main source of air pol ution. According to the actual operation of a domestic 600 MW supercritical coal - fired plant,it provides a rational and systemic analysis based on the means that technology can achieve. Ultimately,the re-search comes to a conclusion,through a series reform,such as a low - NOx burner,a high efficiency catalyst for SCR,double trays for flue gas desulfurization(FGD)absorption tower,abolishing GGH,using low - low temperature electrostatic precipitator and wet electrostatic precipitator. The flue gas emissions of coal - fired plants can come to the level of natural gas generators,meanwhile,we can achieve the goal of ultra low emis-sion of coal - fired power plants.
