目的：依托在军队医院广泛应用的“军卫一号”HIS系统，开发一套绩效管理考核系统，并通过对数据进行挖掘分析。方法系统采用BS＋CS架构，数据层采用Oracle数据库平台，应用服务层和客户应用程序采用Visual Studio 2008开发。结果《军队医院绩效管理考核系统》可对数据进行一定的挖掘分析，具有灵活的报表生成功能，可提供完善的决策支持。结论该绩效管理考核系统符合设计要求，有效提高了绩效考核工作效率和质量，可满足大型医院的使用需求。

Objective Based on the existing Junwei No.1 HIS system which has been widely applied in most military hospi-tals, a performance management evaluation system was thus developed, and data excavation and analysis were made accordingly. Methods The system adopted the BS+CS frame structure, the data layer was based on the platform of Oracle database, and the ap-plied service layer and the client program were developed with Visual Studio 2008.Results 《The Performance Management and Ap-praisal System for Military Hospitals》had certain capacity of data excavation and analysis, flexible generation of report forms and could provide data support for perfect decision-making.Conclusion 《The Performance Management and Appraisal System for Military Hospi-tals》 fully confirmed to the design requirements, could effectively improve the working efficiency and quality of performance appraisal, and could on the whole satisfy the demands of large hospitals.
