针对目前专科层次学前教育专业人才培养模式在实施过程中所存在的“理论与实践相脱节”的弊端,提出“理实一体化”的人才培养思路,从明确培养目标、完善课程体系、强化实践育人、转变教学方法、改革评价方式诸方面着手,积极建构学前教育“理实一体化”人才培养模式。
針對目前專科層次學前教育專業人纔培養模式在實施過程中所存在的“理論與實踐相脫節”的弊耑,提齣“理實一體化”的人纔培養思路,從明確培養目標、完善課程體繫、彊化實踐育人、轉變教學方法、改革評價方式諸方麵著手,積極建構學前教育“理實一體化”人纔培養模式。
침대목전전과층차학전교육전업인재배양모식재실시과정중소존재적“이론여실천상탈절”적폐단,제출“리실일체화”적인재배양사로,종명학배양목표、완선과정체계、강화실천육인、전변교학방법、개혁평개방식제방면착수,적겁건구학전교육“리실일체화”인재배양모식。
With regard to the divorce of theory from practice in the implementation of three-year college preschool education talent cultivating model ,it puts forward a new talent cultivating method from the per-spective of developing well-defined objectives ,improving curriculum system ,strengthening practice educa-tion,changing teaching methods and evaluation methods in this paper ,in order to construct preschool edu-cation talent cultivating model through integrating theory with practice .
