通过对县级公立医院开展有针对性的医改满意度调查,分析公立医院改革后,各级医务工作者的思想动态。以解决“人”的问题为出发点,探索通过加强人才队伍建设,提高县级公立医院员工的职业道德和工作技能,建立可持续的绩效考核体系、人事管理制度和人才选拔机制,提升医务工作者对县级公立医院改革的满意度。
通過對縣級公立醫院開展有針對性的醫改滿意度調查,分析公立醫院改革後,各級醫務工作者的思想動態。以解決“人”的問題為齣髮點,探索通過加彊人纔隊伍建設,提高縣級公立醫院員工的職業道德和工作技能,建立可持續的績效攷覈體繫、人事管理製度和人纔選拔機製,提升醫務工作者對縣級公立醫院改革的滿意度。
통과대현급공립의원개전유침대성적의개만의도조사,분석공립의원개혁후,각급의무공작자적사상동태。이해결“인”적문제위출발점,탐색통과가강인재대오건설,제고현급공립의원원공적직업도덕화공작기능,건립가지속적적효고핵체계、인사관리제도화인재선발궤제,제승의무공작자대현급공립의원개혁적만의도。
Through the research on the reform of public hospitals at the county level survey of satisfaction , the ideology of public hospital reform trend at all levels of medical workers was analyzed .In order to solve the problem of "person"as the starting point,by strengthening the talent team construction ,the occupa-tion morals and work skills of medical personnel were improved at the county level public hospital .By es-tablishing the sustainable performance appraisal system ,personnel management system and talent selection mechanism ,medical workers were built to promote the reform of public hospitals are satisfied .
