安全评价是从事故发生的可能性、影响范围与损失程度等方面入手,运用系统工程理论去识别、分析和评价固有或潜在的危险因素。主要从定性和定量方面入手,分析了在工业生产过程中各类安全评价方法的内容、评价程序以及适用范围,在企业生产过程的不同阶段,要根据安全系统的复杂性考虑多种方法综合评估。

It is the safety evaluation that it is to analyse and evaluate the inherent and potential risk factors from the possibility , the influence scope and the degree of loss and other aspects of accidents by using the the -ory of system engineering to identify.Mainly from the qualitative and quantitative aspects , All kinds of indus-trial safety evaluation method of production in the process of w the content , evaluation procedures and applica-ble scope were analysed.According to the complexity of the safety system comprehensive , various comprehen-sive methods should have been taken into account in different stages of the enterprise production .
