综放工作面生产是地下作业,作业环境差,系统复杂,且作业地点处在不断的变化中,各类事故发生率较高。在人-机-环境系统中,事故的发生都是由人的不安全行为、物的不安全状态和环境的不安全因素造成的,其中,由于人存在个体差异,受其自身及环境的影响,个体具有较大的随意性和偶然性,从而人的不安全行为发生率最高,是导致事故发生的主要因素。在对综放工作面人员失误特点分析的基础上,从人、机、环境三个方面考虑影响人员可靠性的因素,并对影响因素进行量化,建立了综放工作面作业人员的可靠性模型,对控制人为失误,减少事故的发生具有重要意义。
綜放工作麵生產是地下作業,作業環境差,繫統複雜,且作業地點處在不斷的變化中,各類事故髮生率較高。在人-機-環境繫統中,事故的髮生都是由人的不安全行為、物的不安全狀態和環境的不安全因素造成的,其中,由于人存在箇體差異,受其自身及環境的影響,箇體具有較大的隨意性和偶然性,從而人的不安全行為髮生率最高,是導緻事故髮生的主要因素。在對綜放工作麵人員失誤特點分析的基礎上,從人、機、環境三箇方麵攷慮影響人員可靠性的因素,併對影響因素進行量化,建立瞭綜放工作麵作業人員的可靠性模型,對控製人為失誤,減少事故的髮生具有重要意義。
종방공작면생산시지하작업,작업배경차,계통복잡,차작업지점처재불단적변화중,각류사고발생솔교고。재인-궤-배경계통중,사고적발생도시유인적불안전행위、물적불안전상태화배경적불안전인소조성적,기중,유우인존재개체차이,수기자신급배경적영향,개체구유교대적수의성화우연성,종이인적불안전행위발생솔최고,시도치사고발생적주요인소。재대종방공작면인원실오특점분석적기출상,종인、궤、배경삼개방면고필영향인원가고성적인소,병대영향인소진행양화,건립료종방공작면작업인원적가고성모형,대공제인위실오,감소사고적발생구유중요의의。
Mechanized Caving Face production is underground operation , of which the working place is in constantly changing , with the harsh environment and complicated system , the probability of various types of accidents is quite high.Ultimately accidents can be attributed to the unsafe behavior of human , unsafe status of equipments and insecurity factors of environment.In the human-machine -environment system , the un-safe status of equipments has a certain stability , while human ’ behavior has a rather big casualness and con-tingency because of the impact by itself and environment , any operation of machine and equipment , as well as the processing of emergency situation need to be completed by the person , who is the subject of the system , the most active part , while also the major factor to excite accidents .Based on the human error characteristics analysis of fully mechanized caving face ,we took human , machine and environment the three aspects to con-sider the factors that affect the personal reliability , and then quantified the factors to establish the reliability model of operating person of fully mechanized caving face , which will be important to the control of human er-ror, and the reduction of accidents .
