为了从中药药代动力学方面揭示连翘在动物体内吸收和代谢过程，分别对连翘进行不同方法的提取，得到其产物，再进行动物给药并制备含药血清，最后利用HP LC 方法测定其含量。色谱条件：色谱柱PT-230AColume heater Apollo C18柱（150 mm×4．6 mm，5μm），流动相为乙腈-水25∶75，流速0．8 mL／min，检测波长为235 nm，柱温25℃。结果显示：煎剂组（ B组）和粗粉组（ C组）在5个时间点都测不出连翘苷的含量，提取物组（ A组）只有在1．5 h可以测到含量极低的连翘苷，连翘苷纯品组（ D 组）在0．5、1、1．5、2、4 h 的连翘苷含量分别为：0．205、0．266、0．099、0．046、0 mg／mL。

In order to reveal from the aspects of pharmacokinetics of traditional Chinese medicine forsythia absorption and metabolism in animals,This project was extracted separately forsythia different methods to get their product, then experimental animals to medicine and the preparation of medicated serum, final determination of its content using HPLC methods. Chromatographic conditions: Column PT-230AColume heater Apollo C18 column (150 mm×4.6 mm, 5 μm), mobile phase of acetonitrile - water 25 ∶ 75, flow rate 0.8 mL/min, the detection wavelength was 235 nm and the column temperature 25 ℃. The results showed that:decoction group ( group B) and coarse ( group C) at five time points undetectable levels forsythin, extract group ( group A) can be measured only 1.5 hours to very low levels the phillyrin, forsythin pure group (group D) were in 0.5,1,1.5,2,4 hours forsythin content:0.20, 0.266, 0.099, 0.046, 0 mg/mL.
