现有企业组织架构的复杂性及组织行为的多样性，给企业产品备案及监管带来了新的课题，尤其是对分布全国各地的子公司的管理，出现了政府管理体系与企业管理体系如何协作的问题。本文对政府监管部门、企业和公益性组织、法院和工商税务等的责任重新界定，进一步完善企业产品标准备案协同管理模式。
現有企業組織架構的複雜性及組織行為的多樣性，給企業產品備案及鑑管帶來瞭新的課題，尤其是對分佈全國各地的子公司的管理，齣現瞭政府管理體繫與企業管理體繫如何協作的問題。本文對政府鑑管部門、企業和公益性組織、法院和工商稅務等的責任重新界定，進一步完善企業產品標準備案協同管理模式。

As the complex organization structure and variety of behavior become bring a new problem to the enterprise record and supervision, especially to the management of sub companies located in the various places, being the collaboration issue in the management systems of the government and the enterprise, failing to define the responsibility. Therefore, this paper redefines the responsibility of supervision department of government, enterprises and public welfare organization, the court and the industrial and commercial tax department, and improves collaboration management mode for the enterprise’s record of product standards.
