目的:比较渗透性树脂和氟化泡沫对早期釉质脱矿后的治疗效果。方法:用部分饱和酸缓冲脱矿液将75个人离体前磨牙制备成早期釉质脱矿模型后随机分为3组(n=25),分别采用去离子水(A组)、氟化泡沫( B组)、渗透性树脂( C组)处理脱矿釉质表面;然后浸泡于人工唾液中37℃恒温水浴放置8周,治疗前和治疗后即刻、4周、8周各时间点用分光光度比色仪检测每个牙的L值;用扫描电镜观察治疗4周后的表面形态。结果:脱矿釉质经3种方法处理后其L值均较治疗前减小,C组减小的幅度最大,B组次之,A组最小,除治疗后即刻A组与 B组△L无统计学差异( P>0.05)外,其余各时间点各组间△L 差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);A组和B组釉质表面粗糙而不均匀,其表面虽有矿物质沉积,但仍有大小不等的凹陷,而C组釉质表面较光滑均匀,无明显凹陷。结论:渗透性树脂和氟化泡沫均可治疗釉质早期脱矿,其中以渗透性树脂的短期效果最明显。

목적:비교삼투성수지화불화포말대조기유질탈광후적치료효과。방법:용부분포화산완충탈광액장75개인리체전마아제비성조기유질탈광모형후수궤분위3조(n=25),분별채용거리자수(A조)、불화포말( B조)、삼투성수지( C조)처리탈광유질표면;연후침포우인공타액중37℃항온수욕방치8주,치료전화치료후즉각、4주、8주각시간점용분광광도비색의검측매개아적L치;용소묘전경관찰치료4주후적표면형태。결과:탈광유질경3충방법처리후기L치균교치료전감소,C조감소적폭도최대,B조차지,A조최소,제치료후즉각A조여 B조△L무통계학차이( P>0.05)외,기여각시간점각조간△L 차이균유통계학의의(P<0.05);A조화B조유질표면조조이불균균,기표면수유광물질침적,단잉유대소불등적요함,이C조유질표면교광활균균,무명현요함。결론:삼투성수지화불화포말균가치료유질조기탈광,기중이삼투성수지적단기효과최명현。
AIM:To evaluate the effects of an infiltrating resin and a fluorinated foam on incipient enamel demineralization .METHODS:75 freshly extracted human premolars were made into artificial incipient enamel demi -neralization models .They were randomly divided into 3 groups ( n=25 ) and were treated with deionized water ( group A), fluorinated foam(group B) and infiltrating resin(group C) respectively.Then they were immersed in artificial sa-liva for 8 weeks at 37 ℃.L value of each tooth was measured immediately, 4 weeks and 8 weeks after treatments by a spectrophotometer.Enamel surface was observed under scanning electron microscope (SEM) 4 weeks after treatment. RESULTS:The L value of all teeth decreased after treatment, the degree of △L value was in the following order:C>B>A.The L value was significantly different between groups at 4 and 8 weeks (P<0.05) except between group A and B immediately after treatments .SEM observation showed that the samples in group C had smooth and homogenous enamel surface, while enamel surface was rough and uneven with hollows and mineral deposits in group A and B .CONCLU-SION:Both infiltrating resin and fluorinated foam have remineralizing effects on demineralized enamel surface, but the former is more effective in a short time.
