通过实验验证塑料制品在实际使用过程中可能接触到的几种化学试剂对PS-HI材料的腐蚀作用,研究发现植物油对PS-HI材料的腐蚀作用明显。经过7天的植物油腐蚀作用,PS-HI材料的冲击性能和拉伸性能均大幅度降低。因此对于一些精密制件或长期使用且有一定受力要求的塑料制品,在设计选材之初就应该考虑制品的使用环境及可能接触到的介质对材料性能的影响。
通過實驗驗證塑料製品在實際使用過程中可能接觸到的幾種化學試劑對PS-HI材料的腐蝕作用,研究髮現植物油對PS-HI材料的腐蝕作用明顯。經過7天的植物油腐蝕作用,PS-HI材料的遲擊性能和拉伸性能均大幅度降低。因此對于一些精密製件或長期使用且有一定受力要求的塑料製品,在設計選材之初就應該攷慮製品的使用環境及可能接觸到的介質對材料性能的影響。

It is acknowledged that plastics parts would come into contact with the plant oil,bleachers and the other chemical reagents in the application. The erosive effect of chemical reagents mentioned above on high impact polystyrene(PS-HI) materials based on scientific chemical experiment were proved. The research shows that the plant oil has apparent erosive effect on the PS-HI materials. The impact property and tensile property of the PS-HI decrease largely after 7 days’erosive effect from plant oil. Therefore,to some precise productions or plastics parts which have stress requirement,it is very necessary to consider their using environment and possible contacts.
