根据大尺寸电视面框的结构特点与工艺分析,运用CAD/CAE技术,设计了热流道注射模具,重点介绍了基于Moldflow的单喷嘴8点进浇与6喷嘴8点进浇两种浇注方案的分析对比与择优选择、喷嘴流道直径设计、内侧斜顶杆与外侧斜顶块抽芯结构设计、排气与冷却系统设计等。通过以上分析与设计,简化了模具结构,提高了塑件品质,缩短了开发周期,提高了经济效益。

According to the structural features and process analysis of large-size television surface frame,a hot runner injection mold was designed by using CAD/CAE technology. Comparative analysis and selection of two runner system for single nozzle 8 gates and six nozzles 8 gates based on Moldflow,design of the nozzle diameter,core pulling mechanism of inside inclined push rod and outside inclined ejecting block,exhaust and cooling system were mainly introduced. Through the analysis and design mentioned above,the structure of hot runner injection mold is simplified,plastic parts quality is improved,the development cycle is shortened and the economic benefit is enhanced .
