通过熔融共混法在密炼机上制备了聚乳酸(PLA)/环氧化蓖麻油基聚氨酯(E-PUR)二元共混物,采用旋转流变仪研究了共混物的动态流变行为。研究结果表明,共混物为假塑性流体,表现出剪切变稀行为。随E-PUR组分的递增,共混物的储能模量、损耗模量、复数黏度均呈增大趋势,且共混物逐渐由黏性响应占主导地位转变为弹性响应占主导地位。
通過鎔融共混法在密煉機上製備瞭聚乳痠(PLA)/環氧化蓖痳油基聚氨酯(E-PUR)二元共混物,採用鏇轉流變儀研究瞭共混物的動態流變行為。研究結果錶明,共混物為假塑性流體,錶現齣剪切變稀行為。隨E-PUR組分的遞增,共混物的儲能模量、損耗模量、複數黏度均呈增大趨勢,且共混物逐漸由黏性響應佔主導地位轉變為彈性響應佔主導地位。

Poly(lactic acid)/epoxidized castor oil-based polyurethane(PLA/E-PUR) binary blends were prepared on internal mixer by melt compounding,and their dynamic rheological behaviors were investigated by rotational rheometer. The results show that the blends melt are pseudo plastic fluid and exhibited shear thinning behavior. The storage modulus,loss modulus and complex viscosity of the blends increase with the increasing E-PUR content. The Han curves indicates that the elastic response gradually dominates over the viscous response with the increasing E-PUR content.
