对国际热核实验反应堆(ITER)校正场线圈试验件的真空辅助树脂传递模塑(VARTM)工艺进行了模拟,分析了注射口位置、数量对充模过程的影响。结果表明,最优的注射位置在两匝导体之间;随注射口数量增加,充模时间近似呈指数衰减。对试验件实际浇注过程进行了模拟,通过流动前沿确定了溢料口位置。根据模拟的注射口和溢料口位置设计模具,进行浇注试验。计算充模时间6290 s与实际时间6600 s接近,试验件固化后无干斑缺陷。VARTM工艺模拟可为校正场线圈提供制造方案及工艺优化。

The numerical analysis and the experimental investigation for the mock-up of international thermonuclear experimental reactor(ITER) correction coil pieces in the vacuum assisted resin transfer molding(VARTM) process was simulated. The effects of the locations and number of gates on mold-filling process were studied. The results show that the optimized locations of gates are between the two turns. Filling time had exponential decrease with the increase of the number of gates. The locations of vents are based on the flow front of resin, and the mold is designed according to those. The actual filling time (6 600 s) is closed to the calculated time (6 290 s). There are no dry spots in the mock-up. The VARTM simulation is proved useful in strategy design and process optimization for correction coil.
