介绍了一种解决注射模中金属嵌件单侧外露和需多方向配合的成型方法。先设计一个工艺过渡件,成型定位嵌件,再将工艺过渡件以嵌件的形式放入二次成型模具中注射成型出塑件,解决了直接放入金属嵌件易发生侧向偏移的技术难题。实际生产表明,该成型方法的模具结构简单、操作方便,产品成品率高。

A new method for molding parts with metal inserts exposed on one side and matched on multi-directions was proposed. A process transition part was firstly designed and manufactured to locate the metal inserts,then put it in the second molding die to mold the final part. This approach can overcome the difficulty of apt lateral displacing of metal insert by direct placing it in the die for molding. The actual manufacturing shows the proposed method has the advantages of simple mold structure,easy operation and high molding efficiency.
