从填充改性、增韧改性、发泡助剂的种类、用量以及阻燃改性等方面综述了酚醛(PF)泡沫塑料的改性研究进展。指出改性剂的种类和用量、改性方法以及改性材料与PF间的相容性等问题都是影响PF泡沫塑料性能提高的主要因素。通过改性可改善PF泡沫塑料的力学性能、热性能、阻燃性能等，使其在航空航天、航海、电子、建筑、包装等领域得到广泛应用。

Research progress in modification of phenolic(PF) foam was reviewed from filling modification,toughening modification,types and amount of foaming agent as well as flame retardant modification et al. Type and selection of modifier, modifing method and compatibility of modified materials and PF as the main influence factors to improve performance of PF foam were pointed out. Mechanical properties,thermal properties,flame retardant properties of PF foam can be improved by modification,PF foam can be used in aerospace,navigation,electronic,construction,packaging and other fields widely.
