Research progress of filled thermal conductive polymeric composites was reviewed, the improve effectiveness of metals,metal oxide,nitrides,carbon-based materials on modifying the thermal conductivity of plastics were compared. Besides, the application of the polymer-based thermal conductive materials on LED lamps,tubes,heat exchangers and other areas were introduced.
