针对有源相控阵天线雷达散射截面积(radar cross section,RCS)计算复杂,及天线单元位置误差对其RCS的影响难以估计的问题,基于天线单元的相位误差分析,建立了有源相控阵天线的结构与散射阵因子耦合模型,极大简化了有源相控阵天线RCS计算的复杂度,并在此基础上研究了天线单元位置误差对增益及RCS的综合影响。结果表明,合理降低天线单元的位置精度可以抑制有源相控阵天线的RCS。工程人员可基于此权衡辐射和散射性能,适当放宽有源相控阵天线加工及安装公差,在保证天线综合性能前提下有效减轻加工难度,降低加工成本。
針對有源相控陣天線雷達散射截麵積(radar cross section,RCS)計算複雜,及天線單元位置誤差對其RCS的影響難以估計的問題,基于天線單元的相位誤差分析,建立瞭有源相控陣天線的結構與散射陣因子耦閤模型,極大簡化瞭有源相控陣天線RCS計算的複雜度,併在此基礎上研究瞭天線單元位置誤差對增益及RCS的綜閤影響。結果錶明,閤理降低天線單元的位置精度可以抑製有源相控陣天線的RCS。工程人員可基于此權衡輻射和散射性能,適噹放寬有源相控陣天線加工及安裝公差,在保證天線綜閤性能前提下有效減輕加工難度,降低加工成本。

To reduce the computational complexity of antenna radar cross section (RCS),and estimate the effects of element position errors on antenna RCS,a novel structural and scattering array factor (SAF)coupling model of active phased array antennas is developed.This model is derived by the element phase errors,which can greatly simplify the computational complexity of the array antenna RCS issues.And the integrated influence of the antenna element position errors on antenna gain and RCS is analyzed.The simulation results verify that an obvious RCS reduction of active phased array antennas could be implemented by reasonable enlargement of position tolerance of the array elements.On account of the coupling model,the radiation and scattering perform-ances of active phased array antennas could be balanced by engineering to relax array antenna processing and in-stall tolerances.With the premise of synthetic antenna performance ensurance,the difficulty of processing and development cost could be reduced.
