就细胞的冷冻密度和复苏温度对细胞活力的影响做了分析。取处于对数生长期的细胞以0.5×107~4.0×107/mL之间的4个细胞密度分别进行冷冻,2周之后复苏细胞,检验其复苏活力;又分别在37℃、38℃和39℃的水温复苏同一批细胞,复苏后检验细胞的活力。结果表明,随着冷冻密度的升高,复苏活力逐渐下降;在38℃水温复苏细胞的平均活力比在37℃和39℃水温复苏细胞的平均活力高,而且稳定。因此,细胞的冷冻密度和复苏活力之间存在显著负相关性,38℃的水温更适于复苏细胞。
就細胞的冷凍密度和複囌溫度對細胞活力的影響做瞭分析。取處于對數生長期的細胞以0.5×107~4.0×107/mL之間的4箇細胞密度分彆進行冷凍,2週之後複囌細胞,檢驗其複囌活力;又分彆在37℃、38℃和39℃的水溫複囌同一批細胞,複囌後檢驗細胞的活力。結果錶明,隨著冷凍密度的升高,複囌活力逐漸下降;在38℃水溫複囌細胞的平均活力比在37℃和39℃水溫複囌細胞的平均活力高,而且穩定。因此,細胞的冷凍密度和複囌活力之間存在顯著負相關性,38℃的水溫更適于複囌細胞。

The experiment analyzed the relationship among frozen density, recovery temperature and cells ’ viability. The cells in logarithmic growth phase were frozen in four different cell density between 0. 5 × 107~4.0×107cells/mL respectively. After two weeks, the cells were revived and then tested their viability; the same cells were revived in the warm water of 37 ℃, 38 ℃ and 39 ℃respectively and then tested their viability. The experiment showed when the frozen density was higher, the cell viability was lower. And the average viability of the cells revived in 38℃ was higher and more stable than the cells revived in 37℃ and 39℃. Therefore, there was a significant negative correlation between frozen density and cells’ recovery viability, and the warm water of 38 ℃was suitable for reviving cells.
