In this paper, firstly, the compositional characteristics of hydromechatronics engineering is analyzed, secondly, post demand for electromechanical speciality NCO is discussed, according to professional skills especially occupational quality, and finally the constructing strategy for teaching system based on the working process of post is clarified. The investigations in this paper could provide references for NCO teaching of electromechanical speciality.
