This paper introduces the basic situation of employment in Taiyuan. Analysis of the existing problems of employ-ment in Taiyuan City, put forward some suggestion, such as made great efforts to foster“little giant”enterprises, the develop-ment of headquarters economy, support small and micro businesses development, encourage entrepreneurship, to support pri-vate enterprises to establish a college graduate training platform, to improve the skills and so on.
