近几年全国省、市广电局和广播电视网络公司已经搭建完成数字电视平台，使有线网络得到很大发展。随着高清数字电视的发展，需要对原有标清DVB平台进行升级，搭建数字电视高清DVB平台，以适应电视节目新的需求。结合建设实例，介绍基于哈雷的相关设备、高清DVB平台的前端设备和系统的选型与设计思路，阐述了标高清组合平台的设计和实施方案，总结了组合平台的主要技术特点和运行概况。
