CD105,又名Endoglin,是表达在血管内皮细胞的与增殖有关的缺氧诱导蛋白。作为TGF-β受体复合物的重要组成部分,参与血管的形成,在有创伤修复、炎性浸润和肿瘤组织的内皮细胞内表达增强。CD105以不同的方式存在于人体内,发挥不同作用。研究证实,CD105与肿瘤血管的增殖、浸润和转移密切相关,可以作为某些肿瘤预后的重要影响因子,并且也与心血管疾病及纤维性疾病的发生有关。现就其相关应用作一综述。

CD105,우명Endoglin,시표체재혈관내피세포적여증식유관적결양유도단백。작위TGF-β수체복합물적중요조성부분,삼여혈관적형성,재유창상수복、염성침윤화종류조직적내피세포내표체증강。CD105이불동적방식존재우인체내,발휘불동작용。연구증실,CD105여종류혈관적증식、침윤화전이밀절상관,가이작위모사종류예후적중요영향인자,병차야여심혈관질병급섬유성질병적발생유관。현취기상관응용작일종술。
CD105,also named Endoglin,is a hypoxia induced protein related to proliferation,and is expressed mainly on the surface of endothelial cells and involved in the formation of blood vessels,as an important component part of TGF-β receptor complexes. It is elevated on the endothelial cells of healing wounds,inflammatory tissues and tumor tissue. CD105 plays different roles in different ways. The studies have proven that CD105 has a closed relation with tumor angiogenesis,tumor metastasis and prognosis,which indicates that CD105 could be regarded as an important factor of tumor prognosis,and it also associates with the happening of cardiovascular and fibrous disease.
