目的：观察硼替佐米治疗多发性骨髓瘤的疗效及不良反应。方法：多发性骨髓瘤患者26例，均给予以硼替佐米为基础的联合方案治疗，患者分别接受2-6个周期治疗。结果：26例患者在接受2个疗程硼替佐米治疗后，其中2例患者完全缓解，7例患者达非常好的部分缓解，16例患者部分缓解，1例患者出现疾病进展。不良反应主要有周围神经病变、血液学毒性、消化道症状以及感染等，经对症支持大部分可以缓解。结论：硼替佐米对于多发性骨髓瘤起效快，有一定程度不良反应，但大部分可逆转。
목적：관찰붕체좌미치료다발성골수류적료효급불량반응。방법：다발성골수류환자26례，균급여이붕체좌미위기출적연합방안치료，환자분별접수2-6개주기치료。결과：26례환자재접수2개료정붕체좌미치료후，기중2례환자완전완해，7례환자체비상호적부분완해，16례환자부분완해，1례환자출현질병진전。불량반응주요유주위신경병변、혈액학독성、소화도증상이급감염등，경대증지지대부분가이완해。결론：붕체좌미대우다발성골수류기효쾌，유일정정도불량반응，단대부분가역전。
Objective:To observe the therapeutic effects and adverse effects of bortezomib in treatment of multiple myeloma. Methods:26 patients with multiple myeloma treated in our hospital,they all received bortezomib based regi-mens respectively from 2 -6 cycles. Results:2 patients achieved complete response,7 patients achieved very good complete response,16 patients achieved partial response,1 patient with progressive disease. Adverse events included peripheral neuropathy,hematologic toxicities,gastrointestinal and infection. . They were reversed with appropriate sup-portive care. Conclusion:Bortezomib is effective and works fast in treatment of multiple myeloma,having a certain de-gree adverse reaction,but most can be reversed.
