某型航空涡轮轴发动机燃气涡轮支点轴承在发动机持久试车完成后,轴承滚子端面出现异常磨损,经过对失效滚子形貌、金相及硬度等进行检查与分析,认为滚子歪斜是导致滚子端面产生异常磨损的诱因,通过采取相应的改进措施并经试验验证,最终使该型轴承顺利通过了发动机TBO试车考核。
某型航空渦輪軸髮動機燃氣渦輪支點軸承在髮動機持久試車完成後,軸承滾子耑麵齣現異常磨損,經過對失效滾子形貌、金相及硬度等進行檢查與分析,認為滾子歪斜是導緻滾子耑麵產生異常磨損的誘因,通過採取相應的改進措施併經試驗驗證,最終使該型軸承順利通過瞭髮動機TBO試車攷覈。

The abnormal wear of the roller end face of the pivot bearing for the gas turbine of the turbine shaft aero en-gine is founded after the engine durability test.The morphology,microstructure and hardness of the failure roller is checked and analyzed,and it is found that the roller skew is reason for the abnormal wear of the roller end face.The corresponding improved measures are proposed and the experimental verification is carried out.The bearing passes the TBO assessment for engine.
