针对深杂填土区存在成孔困难、桩基承载力不足的问题,提出旋挖钻机配合潜水钻机的成孔方法,并采用钻孔灌注桩后压浆施工技术提高桩基承载力。详细阐述了后压浆灌注桩的技术参数、施工工艺和异常问题的处理,并对其施工效果进行了分析和总结。结果表明,旋挖钻机配合潜水钻机能够解决深杂填土区成孔困难的问题;该技术极大地提高了桩基承载力,确保了结构的整体沉降安全,可有效提高经济效益。

The article contraposed the problem of boring hole difficulty,lack of capacity bearing in thick miscellaneous fill stratum,proposed the method of pore-forming used submersible drill combined with rotary drilling rig,and adopted post pressure grouting bored pile construction technology for improving the bearing capacity of pile foundation. The thesis elaborated about technical parameter of post grouting pile, construction technology,and the method to deal with abnormal phenomena problems,and also the construction effects were analyzed and summarized. The results indicated that the method of pore-forming used submersible drill combined with rotary drilling rig can solve the problem of boring hole difficulty in thick miscellaneous fill stratum,and the techniques could improve the capacity bearing of pile foundation greatly,the structural settlement was controlled,also improved economic returns effectively.
