目的:探讨密闭式吸痰管在预防与控制下呼吸道多重耐药菌(MDRB)感染中的作用与效果。方法选取2010年1月~2011年12月间于本院ICU建立人工气道的1780例患者,将其随机分成两组,其中对照组890例使用普通吸痰管(开放式吸痰),实验组890例使用密闭式吸痰管吸痰,比较两组患者下呼吸道MDRB感染率。结果实验组患者下呼吸道MDRB感染率明显低于对照组,实验组检出菌株数也低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论使用密闭式吸痰管为建立人工气道的患者进行吸痰护理能有效降低下呼吸道MDRB感染率,并能预防MDRB感染的爆发与流行。

목적:탐토밀폐식흡담관재예방여공제하호흡도다중내약균(MDRB)감염중적작용여효과。방법선취2010년1월~2011년12월간우본원ICU건립인공기도적1780례환자,장기수궤분성량조,기중대조조890례사용보통흡담관(개방식흡담),실험조890례사용밀폐식흡담관흡담,비교량조환자하호흡도MDRB감염솔。결과실험조환자하호흡도MDRB감염솔명현저우대조조,실험조검출균주수야저우대조조,차이균유통계학의의(균P<0.05)。결론사용밀폐식흡담관위건립인공기도적환자진행흡담호리능유효강저하호흡도MDRB감염솔,병능예방MDRB감염적폭발여류행。
Objective To find the effect and significance of closed endotraeheal suctioning catheter in preventing and controlling lower respiratory tract infection in caused by multi-drugresistantbacterial. Methods To randomly divide the 1780 patients equipped with arti-ficial airway in our department during January 2010 to December 2011 into two groups, and equip the 890 patients in control group with regular suction catheter (open suctioning), 890 patients in experimental group with closed endotraeheal suctioning catheter, and then to monitor and compare the incidence of lower respiratory tract infection in caused by multidrugresistantbacterial, the number of the strains and the species of MDRB. Results It is less possible for patients in experimental group to suffer lower respiratory tract in-fection and the difference is statistically significant (P<0.05). The strains in experimental group is much less than that in control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Closed endotraeheal suctioning catheter helps curb the lower respiratory tract infection caused by multi-drugresis-tantbacterial effectively and prevent the outbreak and spreading of multi-drugresistantbacterial infection.
