This article summarized 26 cases of re-operation, mainly including nursing cooperation and intraoperative accidents. Nursing cooperation included preoperative vists, content preparation and intraopertive coordination; while intraoperative accidents included bleeding and ventricular fibrillation. It's believed that operating room nurses should be fully prepared, master the surgical characteristics of re-op-eration, be familiar with the procedure, observe the changes of patients condition and deal with accidents promptly, in order to ensure smooth operation.
