目的：探讨对先兆早产的孕妇实施中医特色护理干预，以防治先兆早产，提高安胎的成功率。方法以2013年在本院住院安胎的孕妇为研究对象，采用历史文献对照法，与2012年进行对照，以先兆早产孕妇住院时的下腹坠痛、腰酸、阴道流血等症状消失时间、住院天数和孕龄为指标，分析实施中医特色护理干预的应用效果。结果中医特色护理干预应用后，试验组先兆早产症状消失早、缩短孕妇住院安胎天数、平均孕龄延长等指标差异有统计学意义（P＜0．05）。结论中医特色护理干预可有效预防早产风险，减少早产的发生，促进围产期母婴健康。
목적：탐토대선조조산적잉부실시중의특색호리간예，이방치선조조산，제고안태적성공솔。방법이2013년재본원주원안태적잉부위연구대상，채용역사문헌대조법，여2012년진행대조，이선조조산잉부주원시적하복추통、요산、음도류혈등증상소실시간、주원천수화잉령위지표，분석실시중의특색호리간예적응용효과。결과중의특색호리간예응용후，시험조선조조산증상소실조、축단잉부주원안태천수、평균잉령연장등지표차이유통계학의의（P＜0．05）。결론중의특색호리간예가유효예방조산풍험，감소조산적발생，촉진위산기모영건강。
Objective To explore the clinical effect of the traditional Chinese nursing intervention to threatened preterm labors.Method In hospital 50 pregnant women of 201 3 were intook as the treatment group and 50 pregnant women in hospital of 201 2 were as the control group. Comparing the vanished time of symptoms with abdominal pain,backache and vaginal bleeding,the hospital stays and the gestational age of these two groups.Results Compared with the control group,the vanished time of symptoms with abdominal pain,backache and vaginal bleeding of the treatment group was earlier(P<0.05),the hospital stays were shorter(P<0.05),and the gestational age was longer(P<0.05).Conclusion The traditional Chinese nursing intervention can effectively prevent the risk of preterm delivery and promote the mater-nal and perinatal health.
