在冶炼过程中,为了提高生产效率,降低冶炼能耗,中大容量中频冶炼炉往往采用了频率自动调节的控制方法,造成了严重的且频率移动的分频谐波污染;对该现象产生的机理进了定性分析,并得到了实际工程测试数据的验证;为今后该类设备电能质量治理工程的设计、实施提供了有益的借鉴。

In order to increase production efficiency and reduce energy consumption, the control method of automatic frequency adjustment is often adopted during the smelting process of medium and large volume intermediate-frequency furnaces, causing serious sub-harmonic pollution of frequency shift. The generating mechanism of the phenomenon was qualitatively analyzed, which had been proved by test data from actual projects, to provide helpful refer-ence for the design and implementation of electricity quality treatment projects for similar e-quipment.
