目的：预防可达龙致静脉炎。方法2012年起对静脉使用可达龙的患者进行观察，预防静脉炎的措施进行持续质量改进，使用PDCA循环，经过不断改进，目前已有效防止静脉炎的发生。结果实施持续质量改进后，有效预防了静脉炎的发生。结论持续质量改进有效预防了静脉炎的发生，是有效的措施，值得坚持。
목적：예방가체룡치정맥염。방법2012년기대정맥사용가체룡적환자진행관찰，예방정맥염적조시진행지속질량개진，사용PDCA순배，경과불단개진，목전이유효방지정맥염적발생。결과실시지속질량개진후，유효예방료정맥염적발생。결론지속질량개진유효예방료정맥염적발생，시유효적조시，치득견지。
ObjectiveThe prevention of phlebitis caused by amiodarone.Methods Fifty patients who used of Cordarone on veins were observed since 2012. Continuous quality improvement in preventing phlebitis measures was used. PDCA loop in continuous improvement has been effective in preventing phlebitis.Results Implementation of continuous quality improvement is effective in preventing the occurrence of phlebitis.Conclusion Continuous quality improvement is effective in preventing the occurrence of phlebitis, and the effective measures worth keeping.
