目的：探讨肛周脓肿患者的临床护理方法。方法将28例周脓肿患者随机分成两组，对照组和试验组，每组14例，对照组予以常规护理，试验组针对性护理，观察两组并发症发生情况及临床护理满意程度。结果通过对照组和试验组临床护理资料观察并发症发生几率，试验组低于对照组（P<0.05），有显著性。结论经过针对性护理能降低患者并发症的发生几率，促进患者早日康复。

목적：탐토항주농종환자적림상호리방법。방법장28례주농종환자수궤분성량조，대조조화시험조，매조14례，대조조여이상규호리，시험조침대성호리，관찰량조병발증발생정황급림상호리만의정도。결과통과대조조화시험조림상호리자료관찰병발증발생궤솔，시험조저우대조조（P<0.05），유현저성。결론경과침대성호리능강저환자병발증적발생궤솔，촉진환자조일강복。
ObjectiveThe clinical treatment of patients with perianal abscess to be investigated.Methods Making a selection of 28 cases of patients with perianal abscess at random and separating them into controlled group and experiment group with 14 patients equally. The patients in controlled group accept conventional attendance. While, the patients in experiment group are given targeted attendance and then observe and compare the complications incidence and patients’ satisfaction probabilities for the clinical attendance of each group.Results The complications incidence in experiment group is greatly lower than counterparts in controlled group(P<0.05), the experiment group achieves much more desired effect.Conclusion The incidence of complications can be reduced to a great extent with effective and targeted attendance and treatment, which assist the patients to be recovery soon.
