目的：探讨星形细胞瘤手术切除治疗。方法对2010年1月～2013年12月收治的星形细胞瘤患者20例患者手术切除治疗的资料进行回顾性分析。结果手术治疗20例患者，全切9例，次全切11例。术后生存5～8年，生存率80%。结论大脑半球表浅部位肿瘤一般可手术切除，切除范围要适度，以不产生偏瘫、失语、昏迷而又能达到减压目的为限。术后配合放化疗。

목적：탐토성형세포류수술절제치료。방법대2010년1월～2013년12월수치적성형세포류환자20례환자수술절제치료적자료진행회고성분석。결과수술치료20례환자，전절9례，차전절11례。술후생존5～8년，생존솔80%。결론대뇌반구표천부위종류일반가수술절제，절제범위요괄도，이불산생편탄、실어、혼미이우능체도감압목적위한。술후배합방화료。
ObjectiveThe surgical resection treatment of astrocytoma to be investigated. Methods Reviewing and analyzing the surgical resection treatment data selected from 20 cases of patients with astrocytoma who are treated in hospital from January 2010 to December 2013. Results All of 20 cases of patients operated with resection surgery, 9 cases of them are over-all resection and 11 cases are subtotal. The span of patients’ lives after surgery is ranging from 5 years to 8 years in general, and the survival probability is about 80 percent. Conclusions Tumor of the hemisphere superficial part could be surgically removed in general; but the resection area should be appropriate and the resection won’t result in paralysis, aphasia, or coma and at the same time the stress reduction is achieved. It is suggested to apply chemotherapy after the operation.
