结合1000MW超超临界机组锅炉结构特点和受热面的材质特点,对某电厂一期两台2X1000MW自投产以来,锅炉受热面超温现象进行了分析,从锅炉总风量调整、干湿态转换、启动制粉系统、煤质等方面提出相应的防范措施,为同类机组受热面超温原因及预防提供了借鉴和参考。
